NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of West Nottingham Township will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the West Nottingham Township Municipal Building located at 100 Park Road, Nottingham, Pennsylvania, to consider applications filed by West Nottingham CSG 1 LLC and West Nottingham CSG 2 LLC, c/o Dimension PA 1 LLC, for approval for a proposed use of the property located at 10 State Line Road, West Nottingham Township, as solar energy farm. The record owner of the subject property is Two Boys LP. The property is identified as tax parcel number 68-6-145, consisting of 126.7 acres located in the Industrial Zoning District. Conditional use approval is sought pursuant to Section 702.B.35 of the West Nottingham Township Zoning Ordinance of 2012 (the “Ordinance”).
Relief is further sought pursuant to Part 16 of the Ordinance, “Conditional Uses”. A full copy of the Applications is available for inspection at the Township Municipal Building during regular Township business hours.
