The original Stormwater Management Ordinance was adopted on April 15, 2014 On May 23, 2023, an ordinance amending the Stormwater Management Ordinance was adopted by the Board of Supervisors. This ordinance went into effect on May 28, 2023. All new projects must comply with the new stormwater ordinance (below).
