Sealed bids will be received by the West Nottingham Township Board of Supervisors until 11:00 a.m. on April 22, 2025 with the bids to be opened and awarded the same evening at 7:00 p.m. Bids must be marked Sealed Bid on the outside of envelope. All materials must meet Penn DOT 408 specs. Bidders are asked to bid on the following:

1. MATERIALS: 1200 tons of 9.5 mm SUPERPAVE wearing (per spec, for paving Fremont Road) and 100 tons of 19mm SUPERPAVE binder (per spec, for various base repair projects)
2. EQUIPMENT RENTAL for the application of 1.5” leveling course on Fremont Road (Lees Bridge Road to West Ridge Road) Equipment Rental (per spec):
- 10’ - 20’ paver with operator/screed man
- 10 - 12 ton roller vib. with operator
- 3 - 5 ton roller with operator
- Water truck
- Laborer
- Tri-axle dump truck
- Milling machine (milling notches)
- 48” Self-propelled milling machine with conveyor & operator
- 8’ Self-propelled road widener with operator
- Tack truck
Performance and payment bonds, and standard and adequate certificate of insurance are required by the successful bidder. The township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
