LEGISLATIVE AUTHORIZATION
For many years, local municipalities have worked with PaDEP to find cost effective
ways to meet long-delayed goals of federal and state environmental protection
laws. In 2018, PaDEP approved the Township’s Component 2M revision to its Act
537 Sewage Facilities Plan, which implements the Sewage Management Program.
